  • Delivery times are determined by the shipping company and are estimated. The seller is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping company.

  1. Shipping Costs
  • Shipping fees are clearly stated during the order process.
  • Different shipping conditions may apply during promotions or discount periods.
  • Any additional shipping costs caused by incorrect or incomplete address information are the customer’s responsibility.
  1. Shipping and Delivery Responsibility
  • After the order is shipped, delivery times and product damages are the responsibility of the shipping company.
  • Customers are responsible for checking that the package and products are intact upon delivery.
  • If damage occurs during shipping, please notify us within 7 days.
  1. Address Changes
  • Address changes after ordering can only be made if the shipping company allows.

  1. Undeliverable Orders
  • Orders returned or undelivered by the shipping company will incur reshipping costs, which are the customer’s responsibility.
  • For losses caused by the shipping company, the seller is responsible for refunding the product cost but is not liable for indirect damages.
